Thank you for using this online marketing system to invite guests to your upcoming mixer.

Here are the 4 simple steps on how to use it:

Step 1. Click the link that is located directly below in the BODY TEXT message that you will be sending to guests. This will allow you to view the unique invitation that they will be receiving once they click the same link.

Step 2. Enter the following text into your email's SUBJECT line: Special Invitation - You won't want to miss this!

Step 3. Highlight, copy then paste the following BODY TEXT into a new email that you will send out to prospective guests for our upcoming business mixer. Send this email message to as many people as you can that would benefit from attending our mixer.

Optional, you can send your own message. Make sure to keep it short, direct, inviting and include the link to the invite!
For confidentiality reasons, only send one at a time.

Step 4. Enjoy the benefits of allowing technology to do its work!

Even if you aren't personally going to be there, please use this system to support your club. We'll take good care of your guests. This promises to be the best business mixer our club has had. Any questions, don't hesitate to call me direct or email me.

To highlight/copy/paste -

  1. Point your mouse curser just above the first word ("Hi"), then left mouse click and hold while dragging your mouse down to the bottom right of the message. This will highlight the text.
  2. Let go of the mouse button and proceed to the top of the browser page, (not the example page below), and click on "Edit" in your menu followed by clicking on "Copy", or press Ctrl + C at the same time, (copy shortcut command). This will put the highlighted text into your computer's temporary "clip board".
  3. Open up a new email in the email system that you use and where you would typically type the message click your mouse to put your curser in the beginning typing position. Then simply press Ctrl + V, (paste shortcut command), at the same time. This will place the copied text into your email. Note: The copied text will stay in your computer's "clip board", so you can open as many new emails as you would like and simply paste the message in.
